Femininity, strength & empowerment come together during CURVES. Sessions are focused on physical and mental female strength with the abs, legs and booty as our strength training focus areas.

Emphasizing your body’s natural female curves with these carefully put together strength movements is an incredible way to feel confident, strong, beautiful and capable.

Barbara’s signature blend of 50/50 with both effort and ease: 30 minutes of mobility training and 30 minutes of deep stretching. Full body mobility movements to strengthen and connect to your whole body, followed by slow stretching for deep tension release and relaxation.

Feminine Focus

Small group sessions focus exclusively on the female body, helping you understand how your unique body moves. They are created with the knowing that feminine-focused movement is an incredibly powerful way of self-care. Sessions include a physical and a mental warming up where you’re able to tune into the state of your body, your energy levels, mood and cycle phase to feel connected and intentional.

Authentic Strength

With CURVES, we use a variety of training attributes like (ankle) weights and resistance bands (depending on the location), made accessible to all fitness levels. This way, you’ll increase your physical strength and mobility and challenge yourself in a balanced and powerful way. With Strong & Soft, our strength comes from using and getting to know our body through simple but incredibly effective movements.

Flexible Times & Central Locations

Classes are 60 minutes long and given multiple times a week in the heart of the city, giving you lots of freedom to choose your preferred workout routine, even after a late night or a busy day. They are created to be energizing and encouraging as opposed to fully exhausting.

Sweet Community

We are stronger together—during movement, and far beyond. Sessions are always spent in the company of like-minded women who are equally passionate about mental, physical and emotional growth. Making new, sweet friends with the same mentality and personal goals is highly likely!

Personalized Attention

Classes are no more than 8 participants and Barbara’s personal training background and feedback helps you feel seen, encouraged and supported, allowing you to grow individually within the group. Plenty of options are given to make the classes fully suited to your level of fitness.

All-Round Health

During the sessions, there is no extreme mindset, and feminine health is a complete picture. Effort, strength, rest, recovery and emotional awareness are all equally valuable and can be found in every single small group session.
